Spooling
Precision spooling is preformed to customer's requirements.
CFW's standard is to fulfill the customer's request. (See Spool Chart for spool diagram, listing of spools, and information on bonding wire spools)
Spool types include the following:
- Industry standard plastic, Bakelite, Composite, and metal spools
- Bonding spools
- Braiding spools and bobbins
- Welding reels and spools
- DIN spools (available upon request)
- Customer provided spools and/or bobbins
- Customer provided jigs and fixtures for specialized winding applications
- Custom designed and manufactured jigs and fixtures according to customer requirements
- Multiple end configurations are available for braiding or other special applications
CFW will work with customers to develop the best spooling and packaging for the application.
