Film insulating process offers a wide variety of enamels with ratings from 105 oC to 240 oC. Most metals and alloys from .0004 to 0.025” in diameter can be coated with any of our enamels. Certify to NEMA, military or customers specifications. Standard (Red, Green, Natural) or custom colors (Black, Blue, Yellow, etc.) are available for most enamels. | |
Continuous (wire and ribbon) reel-to-reel plating includes Copper, Gold, Nickel, Silver and Tin. Tin-Lead and custom plating is available upon request. | |

Based on customer request or requirements, will use a specific drawing and/or thermal processing sequence and can perform testing and prepare reports at any stage of the processing. Can establish Special Processing Procedures (SPP) for specific customer products (i.e. Medical devices) to insure consistency of product. SPP’s are controlled through ISO9001:2000 documentation process and audits. | |
Spooling to meet your specifications from ˝” Aluminum Bonding wire spools to for round or flat wire - CFW standard or customer furnished spools. Cut pieces are packaged in a customer specified quantity per box or tube. Special double tube packaging is used for shipping to insure that product reaches the destination undamaged. | |
Available for most metals and alloys from .08” to 0.100” in diameter, either bare or insulated. Maximum length capability up to 10 feet but available length will vary with material and diameter. Deburring, pointing, radius or other special processes can be performed. Custom piece packaging is also available. | |
Individual strands from 0.002” to 0.015” in diameter, bare or insulated and up to 19 strands/cable. Maximum cable size capability is 0.045” (7ST015). | |
Laboratory and testing facilities to perform most electrical, physical and metallographic analyses. Test reports are standard or customized for individual customer needs. | |
The “Ultra finish” process is used to produce round wire with the tightest dimensional tolerances and the best surface finish possible by drawing through custom made diamond dies. The “Ultra finish” is ˝ the standard CFW dimensional tolerance. |
