How to Request a Quotation
From the moment you request a quotation to the shipment of your order and for any follow-up questions or needs, we are here to serve you. You may request a quotation via telephone, FAX or email and receive a response normally within 24 hours. When requesting a quotation, be prepared to provide some details about the item that you require so that we can provide an accurate price and lead-time.
Order Confirmation
You may also place your orders with any of the above methods. All orders are confirmed via email. This insures accuracy and provides you an opportunity to review and the ability to manage orders that you place.
Order Status
Order status can be quickly ascertained by contacting Customer Service. You may modify your shipping terms at any time before shipment.
Track Shipments
Contact Customer Service to obtain the Tracking Number for your shipment. The UPS or FedEx tracking number will facilitate on-line tracking to determine more precisely the anticipated delivery date and time.
