Drawing
Drawing with diamond dies is available for most metals and alloys. This provides the high degree of surface quality.
Material may be drawn for diameter or a specified resistance value. CFW's standard tolerance for resistance is ±3%. Tighter tolerances are available upon request. CFW will also accept material from customers for redrawing. Ultra Finish (.000025" diameter tolerance) process is available for customers who require the highest surface quality and the tightest diameter tolerance. CFW maintains a die department to process and polish dies to assure that the best dies are used to meet your requirements.
